- Devabodhisattva, or Āryadeva, or Kāṇadeva, the one-eyed (sa) deva, disciple of Nāgārjuna, and one of the 'four sons' of Buddhism; fourteenth patriarch; a monk of Pāṭaliputra; along with Nāgārjuna he is counted as founder of the 三論宗 q.v.
